Agents and landlords with a portfolio can move onto a monthly subscription instead of job-by-job call-outs. That covers 24/7 emergency cover, compliance tracking and consolidated invoicing, with parts and labour quoted separately per job. Plans start at £49 a month for up to ten properties.
