Dispatch is Help U Property's subscription platform. It's the app and portal that lets agents and owners log jobs, track engineers live, manage compliance renewals and receive consolidated invoices — all backed by our own trades team on the ground in Leeds.
Your subscription covers the platform, compliance tracking and priority dispatch. Parts and labour for individual jobs are quoted separately and consolidated into one monthly invoice — no surprise call-out fees.
We're based in Leeds and cover the wider West Yorkshire area, including Chapel Allerton, Kirkstall, Roundhay and the city centre. Get in touch if you're just outside this area — we're expanding.
Our average emergency response time is under two hours, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Growth and Portfolio subscribers get priority scheduling ahead of general call-outs.
