Most lockouts we attend are tenant calls on a managed property. With your authorisation we deal with the tenant on site and invoice whichever party your agreement says, so nobody at the branch has to leave their desk. Lock changes between tenancies can be booked around the move-in date rather than chased on the day.
We try not to. Picking or manipulating the lock open keeps the cost down and usually means the original cylinder stays in place. Drilling is a last resort, and we'll tell you before we do it.
